From Observation to Forecast: Tools for Understanding the Changing World
MACOORA, the Mid-Atlantic Coastal Ocean Observing Regional Association is proud to host From Observation to Forecast: Tools for Understanding a Changing World. Inundation, offshore energy, fisheries management, maritime security -- issues of utmost importance in our changing world. Our meeting will focus on outcomes, products, and solutions to the many complex issues that face our coastal ocean community.
Venue: The venue will be the beautiful Stevens Institute of Technology campus overlooking the Hudson River in Hoboken, New Jersey, easily accessible by car, train and air. The Hoboken PATH is conveniently located within a few blocks of the campus.Hotels: There is a MACOORA meeting roomblock at the W Hotel in Hoboken, just a short walk to the meeting. There are a number of local, upscale hotels as well as a full range of moderately priced hotels near public transportation. Click here for more hotel information. .

An Exhibition in Association with the Fourth Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Coastal Ocean Observing Regional Association (MACOORA)
The Mid-Atlantic Coastal Ocean Observing Regional Association (MACOORA) is proud to announce its second exhibition in conjunction with this year's annual meeting. There are a limited number of exhibit tables available at no cost but you must respond quickly.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your organization the ocean observing community. We anticipate an attendance of over 100 of our colleagues from the military, industry, academia and government. There will be ample networking opportunities throughout both days, and during the evening dinner on campus.
